For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed drawing. As a child, I took whatever art classes my parents could afford and was consistently dedicated to improving my art. Even at that age, I recognized that art needs to be more than a hobby if one wants to go to great work.

After graduating from high school, at age 19, I was inspired to pursue 3D animation as a career after watching the hugely successful movie Toy Story. I was thoroughly amazed by this new medium of storytelling and wanted instantly to be a part of it.

In 2000, my career as a 3D artist officially started as I joined Pakistan’s first 3D animation company Post Amazers. I joined Post Amazers as an internee.  Luckily, within a year I graduated to working full-time to their biggest project Commander SafeGuard.

I consider myself fortunate to have been working there since Commander SafeGuard was, at the time, one of the foundational and breakthrough projects in digital arts in Pakistan. At Post Amazers, not only did I get the opportunity of working with the most  creative and intelligent people in the industry but we contributed to one of the biggest technical and financial successes in our country.

I am currently the LookDev Supervisor at ICE ANIMATIONS "http://www.iceanimations.com/" and looking forward to expand my boundaries as a CG professional.
